Fix FC pressing the dial button in view/edit contacts.

This was sending a URI of the contact to CALL_PRIVILEGED, which nothing
supports.

Use the same logic as pressing the dial button when selecting a contact
from the contacts list screen, pulling the code to select the correct
number or ask the user into ContactsUtils.
