configs: Disabling the feature AUDIO_FEATURE_ENABLED_MS12_ARM. 

Disabling the feature AUDIO_FEATURE_ENABLED_MS12_ARM as component
is shared with P SI's and result in compilation issue with QSSI
changes.
Will revisit the change for LATV if needed again.
