hal:configs: Add support for 3-mic SSR

 Moving from legacy SSR to 3-mic SSR
 Add channel mask entry in surround_sound profile to support
 3 & 4 channel recording.
 This ensures input open happens with corresponding index mask
 instead of using nearset channel configuration
