hal: fix mic selection for IN_COMMUNICATION mode

Being in IN_COMMUNICATION audio mode is now equivalent to having the
active capture source use AUDIO_SOURCE_VOICE_COMMUNICATION source
with regard to microphone and echo reference selection.
