configs: 8953: Add compress-offload-playback2 for BT SCO WB

PCM offload is selected for Voip call for one of the customers
due to their customizations. Voip call is failed on BT WB HS
because compress-offload-playback2 for bt-sco-wb is missing in
some of the mixer_paths.

Added the same.
