Link libqemu_pipe into a.h.a.vehicle@2.0-default-impl-lib

libqemu_pipe is an implementation detail in
android.hardware.automotive.vehicle@2.0-default-impl-lib.

libqemu_pipe module will be replaced with one
from device/generic/goldfish.
