Add VTS tests for wps related APIs in ISupplicantIface

This covers the following APIs by adding tests to
ISupplicantStaIface and ISupplicantP2pIface:
ISupplicantIface::setWpsDeviceName(),
ISupplicantIface::setWpsDeviceType(),
ISupplicantIface::setWpsManufacturer(),
ISupplicantIface::setWpsModelName(),
ISupplicantIface::setWpsModelNumber(),
ISupplicantIface::setWpsSerialNumber(),
ISupplicantIface::setWpsConfigMethods()
