Clean up Mock classes.

As we all use Mockito for unittest now, we no longer need ConnectivityServiceMock,
PhoneMock, PhoneSwitcherMock, SubscriptionControllerMock, TelephonyRegistryMock
classes. This changes rewrites TelephonyNetworkFactoryTest that uses
them, remove those classes.
