[TelephonyAnalytics_Implementation] Changes related to ServiceStateAnalyticsProvider

-  This changeset uses data from ServiceStateAnalytics and implements
   functionalities related to aggregation of data.
-  Processes the received data and supports db operations
   through TelephonyAnalyticsUtil.
