Remove tracing for InputDispatcher::enqueueDispatchEntryLocked 

enqueueDispatchEntryLocked is called six times in a row with six
different dispatch mode parameters for each event. It is not very
computation intensive, and its calling function
enqueueDispatchEntriesLocked is already traced.

Remove tracing for the method to reduce trace spam.
