Revert^2 "Move tracing calls to libbinder_ndk"

- API_LEVEL_AT_LEAST is not working for some product modules.
Excluding call to AIBinder_Class_setTransactionCodeToFunctionNameMap
until product checks are fixed
- Removed __INTRODUCED_IN_LLNDK
