Add Parcel types to ParcelValTypes.h 

Types added in topic, see topic CL for details. File was missing other
types from Parcel.java, so added those too.

Test: atest -d android.os.cts.ParcelTest android.os.cts.BundleTest android.os.BundleTest android.os.ParcelTest
