HDMI: Change on active source lost behavior [1/2]

We've seen there are some faulty HDMI-CEC TV's that send unwanted input
switching CEC commands. For this, we are triggering a pop-up on
active source lost that is visible to the users ONLY if the TV didn't
switch input as expected to device announced by a CEC message.
