Plumb through the reason for wakeup from Doze.

@DozeLog.Reason is included along with the
powerManager.wakeUp. This would describe why the device was
woken up from doze: "intent", "notification", "sigmotion",
"pickup", "docking", etc. [1]

This also includes the Keyguard session ID along with the UI
events logged in DozeTrigger
