Pass bubble drop target bounds to desktop indicator

Create a new interface to provide bubble drop target bounds.
Enables us to only to provide bounds to DesktopModeVisualIndicator
instead of entire BubblePositioner.

Use the bounds from BubbleDropTargetBoundsProvider for desktop mode
visual indicator view.
