[ADI][23/N] allow verifier to see all session infos

Allow verfier to have access to all session infos.

Notice that this change doesn't check if the verifier has been bound.
This is to consider the fact that the verifier can be unbound from the
system momentarily, and during that time it should still be able to
resume any verification work that requires the access to session infos.
