Refresh the buttons CDM dialogs 

Introduce the vetical view buttons for single-device
and self-managed dialog.
Also a button with a border for mutiple devices dialog.
Additionally added a value-night folder to support
dark mode.

Test: atest CtsCompanionDeviceManagerCoreTestCases
      atest CtsCompanionDeviceManagerUiAutomationTestCases
      atest CtsOsTestCases:CompanionDeviceManagerTest
