feat(magnify_ime): Update strings & order for magnification toggles

- Uses new strings from UXW
- Swaps ordering of 'Magnify keyboard' and 'Follow typing' to match the
  ordering in the Settings app and to keep 'Follow typing' consistent at
  the bottom.
