Remove DefaultUITraceListener dependency from WMShellFlickerTestsDesktopMode 

We shouldn't be using this or need it here since we Flicker service tests should be collecting the traces for us. This might be hiding the fact that we are unintentionally using the DefaultUITraceListener.
