Merge changes from topic "b179775696-depenency-get-keyguard" into sc-dev

* changes:
  Remove final calls to Dependency.get from keyguard.
  Remove Dependency.get from KeyguardStatusView.
  Add injection to ClockProvider.
  Remove Dependency.get from KeyguardSliceTextView.
  Add Controller for Emergency Button.
  Add ViewController to CarrierText.
