Revert "[LE Broadcast]Add check for null point exception"

This reverts commit 08c4cb0a.

Reason for revert: Might be cause of sysui presubmit failures:
* It’s the only CL in the blame list from the transition between 30% crashing and 100% crashing
* The crash stacktrace changes, and that CL failed sysui test multiple times in a row in presubmit and then was bypassed
