Lock Screen: Show contact name and icon for multi-message notifications 

This change modifies how notifications appear on the lockscreen (public view) when multiple notifications from different contacts are received.

Before: Both the message title (sender's name) and icon were redacted

Now: Only the message content is redacted, while the title and icon remain visible.
