hotspot2: added remaining parameters to PasspointConfiguration

Added remaining parameters to PasspointConfiguration to support complete
PerProviderSubscription tree for Release 2 support.

The new parameters include:
- Update identifier
- Credential priority
- AAA server trust root
- Subscription update
- Subscription parameters
