MediaCodec: Update cached buffers in async mode 

Update mCachedOutputBuffers when CB_OUTPUT_FORMAT_CHANGE
event is received in async mode.
This is needed to ensure the cached buffer properties
are updated when being compared with buffers of new
resolution received after the format change.
