fix(force invert): invert matrix and other color filters as well

Some buttons in certain apps (e.g. TikTok profile page) use a SkColorMatrixFilter. We need to invert those colors too.

Flag: android.view.accessibility.force_invert_color
Test: manual:
1. Enable force invert
2. Open TikTok -> Profile
3. Settings and Privacy -> Display -> Light theme
4. Go back to profile page
5. Profile buttons should be white on black.
