Fix communal tests with scene container flag enabled

All the TransitionViewModelTest's, as well as CommunalTouchHandlerTest,
are obsolete when scene container is enabled.

Some tests in CommunalInteractorTest are removed because they are
covered in CommunalSceneInteractorTest.

WidgetTrampolineInteractorTest need to support scene container and is
tracked separately.
