Revert "[HA Input] Show notification to hint user can change input device when calling" 

This reverts commit 8f561169.

Reason for revert: Likely culprit for b/388436864  - verifying through ABTD before revert submission. This is part of the standard investigation process, and does not mean your CL will be reverted.
