Upgrading allowlist for calendar provider 

This allows it to schedule alarms while the device is in doze without
needing SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM permission, which is user visible.

Test: adb logcat -s AndroidRuntime
should show no crashes for "com.android.providers.calendar" due to
missing SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM.
