[flexiglass] Hide overlays whenever we attempt to change scenes. 

BONUS: Migrate `SceneInteractorTest` to use `UnconfinedTestDispatcher`.

Test: Manually tested by opening the shade when the device was unfolded,
 folding it and observing the shade is closed.
