Remove SS visibility override for large weather clock

This was added in Iada0345ce3d22728861143780231e3d38eaa23c3 to ensure
we're showing the clock correctly, however it overrides the behavior
that the large weather clock should have and should not cover any
additional cases. As such it should be safe to remove.
