Create flicker test for trampoline task launch in desktop 

Flicker test to verify task trampoline does not jump around when
launched in desktop.

Flag: EXEMPT test creation
Test: atest WMShellFlickerTestsDesktopMode:com.android.wm.shell.flicker.appcompat.OpenTrampolineAppInDesktopModeTaskPositionFlickerTest
