Do not play the default ringtone if it cannot be retrieved. 

In performAuditoryFeedbackForAccessibilityIfNeed() if the default
ringtone cannot be retrieved, do not try to set the stream or play it.

TODO: Find the invalid condition that caused this scenario to occur in the first place.
