Schedule regrouping if classification adjustment is after notification polite_notifications_attn_update

 If the classification adjustments are applied after a notification was posted,
  then we need to trigger a regrouping for force-grouped notifications.
 Otherwise the autogroup summaries will have missmatched sections.
