Remove Bitmap#wrapHardwareBuffer(GraphicBuffer) 

Bug: 150395371
Test: make

This method is being replaced by
Bitmap#wrapHardwareBuffer(HardwareBuffer) as part of the switch to a
mainline module.

With I41cb03fb65432d208820a428783de82a9f152035, there are no more
callers of this overload.
