Flexiglass: Reposition keyguard ambient indicator element based on usfps

This is a reland of ag/34196674, with the new changes according to the
new architecture, and now we use DeviceEntryUdfpsInteractor instead of
AuthController to grab isUdfpsSupported value for potentially better
performance.
