renaming telephony internal hidden intents 

The "android.*" namespace for intent constants is reserved for public
Android API in AOSP. (Whether public to the full SDK, @SystemApi or
defined in AOSP support libraries.) Implementation details of AOSP
components (subject to change by OEMs at will) should use the
"com.android.internal.*" as per CDD
