[RONs] Fix ToplineView and LargeIcon Overlapping 

NotificationToplineView content overlaps with largeIcon since large icon size is static and it doesnt show the actual size of the icon, which is calculated in Notification.java(`#setRightIconState`)
This CL uses the large icon size which is set in Notification.java
