Log.wtf in mismatch + tests 

Log mismatches as wtf to be able track those. Also added unit tests
around kindofEquals() and r/w mismatches.

Test: atest -d android.os.cts.ParcelTest android.os.cts.BundleTest android.os.BundleTest android.os.ParcelTest
