Fix Boot animation display issue on android 14 devices

Use the size of limitSurfaceSize to set the window

Test: 1. set the property:
	    [ro.surface_flinger.max_graphics_height]: [1080]
    	[ro.surface_flinger.max_graphics_width]: [1920]
    2. Repeatedly Turn on/off while connecting to 4K TV and check the boot animation
