[IntrusionLogging] Add DNS receiver for DNSConnection event

Added receiver to the IntrusionLogging TestApp to
check that Network events have been received.

Added bugfix: when IntrusionDetectionService was
closed while transporting data, transport()
threw an uncaught exception. Added fix to
catch error.

Added bugfix:  disable fix to the NetworkLogSource
