CameraExtensionService: Enable set/get for dynamic range + color space

- Allow dynamic range and color space to be accessed in
CameraOutputSurface to enable 10-bit support
- Add setColorSpace from ExtensionSessionConfiguration
- OutputConfiguration.setColorSpace works in CTS tests since it
is a hidden @TestApi, however setting the color space still
needs to be accessible to the client thus enable it through
the extension session configuration similarly to how
SessionConfiguration works
