es_ES: Update spanish translations 

PatchSet 3-4:  Restore all AOSP strings

PatchSet 5-6:  Replace double quotes to angle quotes

PatchSet 7:    Volume tile

PatchSet 8:    Revert to AOSP strings, except fixed translations approved
