Log UiEvents whenever FaceAuth is triggered. 

Test: atest KeyguardUpdateMonitor passes
Test: $ANDROID_HOST_OUT/bin/statsd_testdrive -terse 90  shows the
Test: atest FaceAuthReaonTest passes
triggered face auth UI events.
