Backport 000d3564 to donut: move map tiles to no-dpi since they are dpi-independent.

Tested with this emulator command line:

emulator -skin WVGA800 -dpi-device 240

Without this patch, taking a MapView in satellite mode to full zoom causes an exception due to incorrectly sized images (assuming there's no satellite imagery at that zoom level, true for almost all locations).
