Add 3 touch tests to the ignored result list.

 - basic-multi-touch-events.html - uses multi touch
 - touch-target.html - uses multi touch
 - touch-coords-in-zoom-and-scroll - uses eventSender.zoomPageIn(),zoomPageOut() that we do not support.
