[Dual Shade] Send the QS clipping bounds to the NSSL inline

Don't involve a flow for sending the QS clipping bounds from the
Placeholder to the NSSL, because it can cause delays, which results in a
visual bug, where the NSSL and the QS panel overlaps or leaves a visible
gap, instead of keeping continous contact at the clipping boundary.
