Handle Dolby vision and DTS Virtual X for sound parameters

Currently we don't have a way to turn on and off Dolby vision and DTS
Virtual X mode. The work around is to include those parameters in the
bundle when application wants to turn on those parameters.

Now those parameter will get added to sound parameters for HAL no matter
it's in the bundle or not, so the HAL doesn't know if those parameter is
on or off. The fix is to exclude those parameters when they are not in
the bundle.
