Adding dumps to QSFragmentCompose and viewmodel

This allowed us to detect and fix some discrepancies and bugs in the
bounds reported for the header (QQS), compared with the current
QSFragmentLegacy.getHeaderView() implementation.

Test: manual, dump QSFragmentCompose
