QS: Opportunistically show 3 rows with media player 

There's no need to always force qs_less_rows here. The QS layout code
will automatically reduce the amount of rows as necessary to fit
everything on the screen, whether the media player is open or not.

Larger displays that can accommodate the media player and 3 QS rows
together will be able to use the extra space.
