Refactored base code to getDeviceForPortId

Refactored base code to use AudioManager.getDeviceForPortId where
possible:
	AudioRecorder
	MediaRecorder
	AudioTrack
	MediaPlayer
	AudioPlaybackConfiguration
	AudioRecordingConfiguration
